The Lewiston-Auburn College Library
maintains a collection of over 16,000 volumes, more than 200
journal subscriptions (paper and microfiche), and approximately
450 videocassettes. Books from other campuses are easily ordered
online, and article reprints or books not available through
URSUS can be obtained through interlibrary
loan.
The library's collection reflects the degree programs (both USM and UMA) offered at Lewiston-Auburn College. Its strengths are in management, leadership, and organizational studies, social and behavioral studies, occupational therapy, and nursing. Recently, materials in the natural and applied sciences and the arts and humanities have been added.
Library hours average sixty hours each week. For hours of operation, please check the schedule online or call 753-6540.
The library is open to all University of Maine faculty, staff, and students. The general public is invited to use the resources. Courtesy cards are available for purchase for extended services by the public.
