Need in-depth help finding information sources for a research project?

Many research projects that seem insurmountable can be readily launched with a visit to the library's reference desk. But for those times when more in-depth help is needed, reference/research librarians are available to share their information-locating expertise in their specialty fields. An appointment can provide additional time for consultation in a more private setting and may help you construct a roadmap for researching a subject on which you are having difficulty finding sufficient sources of reliable information.
