How do I place materials on Electronic Reserves?

On the Reserve form select the electronic reserve option.

Will the library scan material if I do not have an electronic verison of a document?

The library will scan course reserves materials into an Adobe PDF document if you do not have an electronic file.

Who has access to Electronic Reserves materials?

Only those students whom the professor has given the current password to.

How should I prepare the material before placing it on Electronic Reserve?

Copies must be single sided only on 8 1/1 x 11 size paper. They MUST be clean copies with few markings. Source citation must be included along with materials

What about copyright?

The library works to follow the provisions of academic fair use.

Are all reserves now in electronic format?

No. Books and other non-print material are only available at the Reserve Desk.
